With over 20 years of experience in the trade, our founder, Everton Costa, began his journey as an apprentice plasterer, building a strong foundation in traditional plastering techniques. Over the following decade, he expanded his skills and further refined his craft, becoming a certified artisan plasterer. Following many years working with well-known, leading interior finishes companies in New Zealand, Costa now runs Costa Coatings & Decor (CC&D), specialising in premium decorative finishes and bespoke polished plaster.
