With over 20 years of experience in the trade, our founder, Everton Costa, began his journey as an apprentice plasterer in Brazil, where he built a strong foundation in traditional plastering techniques.
 

After moving to New Zealand, he expanded his skills and further refined his craft. Following many years working with well-known, leading interior finishes companies, Costa became a certified artisan plasterer and now runs Costa Coatings & Decor (CC&D), specialising in premium decorative finishes and bespoke polished plaster.

Costa Coatings & Decor was founded in 2024, with a clear vision: to provide exceptional workmanship, complete professional autonomy, and a truly detail-focused service.
